| EmbroidMe Community Fund launched to support Not for Profit Groups
The EmbroidMe franchise group is excited to announce their new Community Fund to support Not for Profit groups across Australia. Looking to contribute to a sector that has been under increased financial pressure since the “GFC”, EmbroidMe believes that by offering a central fund and inviting applications from a wide range of community programmes, charities, clubs and schools, a number of projects in all states may be supported with branded apparel and promotional products.
Funded from profits, the 33 contributing Australian EmbroidMe stores believe in supporting and engaging with community projects, both local and national and will be offering goods and services valued in excess of $25,000. The EmbroidMe Community Fund aims to deliver a fair means of assessment and distribution to needy causes that could use a little extra help to raise awareness of their organisation and Get Noticed!

| EmbroidMe Perth CBD Sponsor Majkidz @ Majesty's Theatre
As a lover of the performing arts, I am really pleased to be able to help out with sponsorship of Majkidz for this year.
Celerating their 10th Anniversary, Majkidz at His Majesty's Theatre teaches production skills to 10-12 year olds at monthly workshops from March to December.
Workshops focus on topics from backstage to front of house and everything in between, as well as all the tricks of the trade - the secrets and magic that the theatre industry creates. MajKidz learn about wigs, props and makeup, lighting and sound effects, costumes, mime, music, dance and choreography. His Majesty's Theatre gives MajKidz the kind of access to the sets and casts of touring productions that adults would envy!
All this amazing experience culminates in MajKidz presenting their very own production on the main stage of His Majesty's Theatre for an invited audience - just like real professionals.

| Josiah's Bicycle Engineering Challenge Sponsored by EmbroidMe Perth CBD
Josiah was born with no arms so riding a traditional bicycle is impossible. Late in 2008, Josiah’s mum Marika called Dreamfit Foundation CEO Darren Lomman for help. Marika wanted to know if there was anything that Dreamfit’s volunteer engineers could do to make Josiah’s dream of riding a bicycle a reality.
They did a lot!
At an emotional, tear streaked and incredibly uplifting breakfast, Josiah chose his favourite bike from 6 that had been designed for him as part of a Student Engineering Challenge. Full information can be found on the links below. The other 5 bikes are on their way to Cambodia for disabled and land mine victims to experience some independence and mobility.
